Tax Mill

Refund Policy

We are proud of the services we provide at Tax Mill, and we guarantee your happiness with our services and assistance. We are continually evolving and aiming to have the best online accounting, banking, and secretarial services. However, if you are disappointed with our services, please contact us straight away and we can rectify the problem, issue a refund, or offer credit for potential Tax Mill orders.

When a commission transfer is made to Tax Mill, the payments charged in advance are held in a client account by Tax Mill. Tax Mill will be charged after working in a client’s case. Based on the completion of multiple benchmarks, Tax Mill pays a commission at varying rates and different periods within an engagement (e.g. providing client portal access, assigning relationship manager, obtaining DIN, Filing of forms, etc.,). Since the time and man-hours expended on providing the service are non-returnable, a refund for the earned fee is not possible. Furthermore, all money charged to government agencies, such as registration fees or fines, or other third parties involved in the handling of the order, cannot be refunded or credited. In any case, Tax Mill is just responsible for refunding the amount charged by the customer.

To request a refund, please contact the appropriate interaction manager in the relevant chat room. Both refund demands must be sent within 60 days of the date of the original sale. Over 60-day refund requests will not be approved, and only credit will be provided for service completion or changing of service. We will process the refund request within 4 to 5 weeks of receiving all of the necessary documents, such as the justification for the refund, the bank details for processing the request, and so on.

You must submit this change of service within 60 days of purchase if you wish to change the service you purchased with a new one. Your Tax mill account will be credited with the initial service purchase amount, less any received charge and any money charged to government agencies, such as registration fees or taxes, or to other third parties participating in the processing of your transaction. Any other Tax Mill service can be used with the balance credit.

Tax Mill has a regular pricing strategy that requires no extra service fees in either situation. The normal pricing strategy, however, does not refer to an increase in the overall fee charged by the client to Tax Mill as a result of an increase in government costs or fees incurred by the client for legal paperwork completion or re-filing of forms with the government owing to denial or resubmission. Tax Mill is not responsible for any extra expenses borne by the customer in connection with the completion of the service.

We cannot promise the outcome or results of your specific procedure. For example, the government can deny a trademark application for legal purposes unrelated to Tax Mill’s services. A government bottleneck or conflicts with government platforms (e.g., the MCA website, the Income Tax website, or the FSSAI website) can trigger lengthy delays before the procedure is finished in certain situations. Similarly, Tax Mill does not promise the effects or consequences of programs provided by our Nearest. Expert network Associates that are not Tax Mill employees. These problems are out of our jurisdiction and are not protected by this warranty or qualify for a refund. As a result, the government’s error in reviewing the file cannot be used as a pretext for a refund.

Tax Mill shall not be liable to the Client for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations caused by an earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, the act of God, or the public enemy, and shall not be considered in breach of its Satisfaction Guarantee policy or default under any terms of service (each a “Force Majeure Event”).

Our assurance only addresses satisfaction problems triggered by Tax Mill – not improvements to your condition or state of mind – so we incur expenses and commit time, manpower, technology capital, and effort to your service or document planning. We will keep the amount charged on your account until you are ready to begin the service if you need us to hold the processing of a service.

We reserve the right to make any reasonable attempt to complete the service before processing any refund. If you are dissatisfied with the service, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 20% plus any collected fees plus any fees paid to the government. The termination fee does not extend in the event of a change of service.
