AADHAAR UDYOG

Aadhaar Udyog is the twelve-digit unique identifier for small and medium-sized companies issued by the Indian Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, starting in September 2015. It is also named Corporate Aadhaar. As of July 2018, Udyog Aadhaar has registered more than 48 lakh MSMEs in India.

One of Udyog Aadhar’s core goals is the legitimate pursuit of small and micro industries. The registration process was very broad and confusing earlier. This is why our country’s small and medium-sized businesses had abandoned the process. Now, under the Udyog Aadhar scheme, you easily register your company.

The capacity of 20 involves contract staff, such as housekeeping, security, or other contract workers in the company. Companies that do not have an authorized number of employees but are willing to register to provide the benefits of the Provident Fund to their employees may register voluntarily with the Regional Provident Fund Office. Registration must be made within one month from the date of the hiring of 20 employees. Any delay could lead to a penalty.
