In the same town
The most basic method is the process of moving the registered office to the same city.

- A business must convene a committee meeting and issue a motion of the board to alter its registered office.
- You must apply the INC-22 form to MCA. It must be sent within 30 days of the decision of the Council.
- The attached papers are Board Decision, Provision for proof of company address, NOC from the owner, and rent if the land is leased.
Registered office shift in the same state and ROC
If a corporation decides to move its registered office in the same state and ROC from one city to another, the company must take the shareholders' approval. That is the way it is.
- A corporation has to organize a board of directors and adopt a vote to convene the special general meeting.
- The registered office may be modified by passing a special resolution in EGM.
- The enterprise shall send INC-22 and MGT-14 to MCA. It must be sent within 30 days of the resolution date.
- The added papers are special resolution, company address bill, NOC from the proprietor, and leasing arrangement if the location is leased. The documents are still included.
Office shift in the same state, but various ROC
There are 2 business registrars in a wide area, such as Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra. It can also happen that the company's registered office is transferred inside the jurisdiction, however, the ROC changes. There is another way to incorporate such a move.
The shift in office from state to state
The registered office here is transferred from one country to the next. The method is also somewhat different. Also, the company's MOA is to be updated as the registered headquarters is changing.
- Take a committee meeting and vote to convene a special meeting.
- Transfer EGM's special resolution for office change as well as for MOA adjustment and file MGT-14 resolution with MCA within 30 days.
- The organization shall post an official change commercial as early as 30 days before the RD submission deadline. At least one vernacular and an English newspaper would print it.
- If any other regulatory bodies refer to the business, the company shall also give notices to the borrower and the debenture holder.
- Send a proposal for a change to the regional director of the registered office with the documentation stated.
- If there is some objection, the central government will be listened to and an order is given.
- If there is no opposition to the corporation, the order is made without a hearing.
- The business shall apply to both the ROC, within 30 days of the date of the order, the confirmation obtained from the RD.
- File form INC-22 in ROC for office transition with the necessary documentation within 30 days of receipt of the RD verified.
